unWINEd: Sound Bath + Vines - Sep 2025

Take the morning to slow down and reconnect with yourself at unWINEd. Set against the beauty of the vineyard, you’ll sink into the soothing tones of a crystal bowl sound bath, designed to ease tension, quiet the mind, and invite you fully into the present moment. Surrounded by nature, you’ll find space to breathe, release, and restore—carrying that sense of calm and clarity with you into the rest of your weekend.

Admission includes a basic set-up (yoga mat, small pillow, blankets, eye pillow), iced tea, sound bath, and 1 glass of wine. Please bring any other comforts you'd like, a journal and pen for reflection. If you'd like lunch afterwards, the winery has a cheese plate for purchase. If you'd like something else to eat after the session, please feel free to bring a bite for afterwards.

Agenda:

• 9:15-9:30am: Arrival, iced tea, small bites at the picnic tables. Option to set intentions.
• 9:30-10:30: Sound bath
• 10:30- 11:00am: Reflection and optional discussion.
