For 2025, we’re turning up the heat on our Unwind & Unknot series with a bold, no-excuses approach to healing and strength. Expect a mix of physical therapy, deep release, and badass affirmations designed to help you show up fully for yourself—mind, body, and attitude.
Your Core is Stronger Than Your Excuses: For our March event we’re diving into core & psoas work—because stability, strength, and resilience start from within.
What to Expect:
✔️ Power Start – A quick mindset shift with journaling, intention setting, and a no-BS pep talk to fire you up.
✔️ Functional Strength + PT Work – Tracy will lead a hands-on, interactive session focusing on form, strength, and practical movement. Expect drills, partner work, and tools to find & release your own tension points.
✔️ Restore & Release – Amber will guide a restorative yoga session with a twist—active engagement, breathwork, and deep relaxation to integrate all the work you’ve done.
✔️ Embodied Empowerment Closing – Leave feeling strong, supported, and completely unapologetic about your power.
💡 Bonus: Each participant gets a custom affirmation card—because sometimes, you just need a reminder (expletives included).
