Unwind Sound Bath

An evening to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your calm.

Join me for a deeply relaxing Holy Fire sound bath designed to calm your mind, release tension, and restore inner balance.

Hosted at The Loft on Main in downtown Windermere, this sound bath meditation invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your natural state of peace. Through the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls and the grounding vibration of the gong, you’ll melt stress and leave feeling refreshed, centered, and renewed.

Each session is infused with gentle Reiki energy, amplifying relaxation and supporting energetic harmony throughout the body.

Please arrive 15 min early to give yourself time to unwind and ground before the session begins. Doors will lock promptly at 6:29 PM to maintain a serene and uninterrupted experience for all.

All Attendees Must Bring:

Yoga mat, pillow or bolster, blanket, eye mask & any other materials to keep you comfortable. I cannot stress this enough, please bring a pillow or bolster to release pressure off your back. You'll thank me later ;)

I’m a Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master, Sound Healing Facilitator, and Akashic Records Practitioner, and I’m deeply passionate about helping others reconnect with peace through sound, energy awareness, and intuitive guidance.
