About this Event
Come Join Our Gentle Yoga & Tea Circle!
Event Description
Take a pause from the busyness of life and step into a cozy yurt for an evening of gentle movement, connection, and deep exhale. This in-person gathering blends slow, nourishing yoga with a warm tea circle, creating a space where you can unwind, soften, and simply be.
We’ll begin with easy, all-levels yoga which focuses on mindful stretching, breath, and releasing tension. After yoga, we will transition into a relaxed tea circle to connect, reflect, and share (as much or as little as you’d like).
This offering is perfect if you’re craving calm, meaningful connection, or a moment to reset. Bring your mat, a cozy layer, and an open heart.
About Jessie Greenberg
Jessie Greenberg is an embodiment-based yoga teacher devoted to supporting emotional healing, integration, and deep self-awareness. Her work is especially supportive for those navigating heartbreak, relationship transitions, or a longing to reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.
With years of teaching experience, Jessie creates a slow, grounded, and nurturing space where students can soften, feel, and rebuild trust from within. She completed an intensive Tantra Yoga training in Portugal and continued her studies at Yogaville, where she explored Integrative Yoga while completing the LYT program.
Her teaching is rooted in a chakra-based approach, guiding students through the body—from establishing safety and grounding, to opening the heart, and into intuitive expression. Poses are held with intention, allowing time to notice sensation, emotion, and breath, while supporting the nervous system in settling and recalibrating.
Jessie emphasizes mindful awareness, conscious breathing, and gentle, sustained movement to support emotional healing and attachment repair. Rather than pushing for openness, she prioritizes creating safety in the body so the heart can open naturally.
Known for her warm, compassionate presence, Jessie offers a welcoming and supportive environment for students of all levels to explore healing, presence, and a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit.
