Rooted & Rising | CO-ED Gathering Circle

Join us for Rooted & Rising, a co-ed gathering circle where we connect, share, and grow together. In this circle, we create a protected and welcoming space to all who feel called to heal the land, themselves, and the collective.

The theme is to deepen the connection with our authentic body, recognize old patterns no longer serving us, and releasing them into the Universe.

We build community, ground ourselves, and rise up in unity towards one common purpose-FEEL TO HEAL.There is no pressure or expectations in this circle. You can engage in discussions or simply listen. Space is held specifically for you, to honor you and your journey.

Info: The opening of our circle begins with a beautiful Cacao ceremony. Curated and designed with deep intention to help you drop into the body and foster unwavering connection to your authentic self. Cacao known as the "heart opener" helps dissolve tension through bioactive compounds releasing "bliss" chemicals like serotonin and dopamine helping to foster a deep surrender to self and letting go of emotional blockages.

Info: A time to pause, unwind, and reflect-this guided journal reflection creates space for you to deepen your understanding of your shadow self and uncover the limiting beliefs holding you back in life. This intentional time is built to release and heal any wounds hidden underneath. Supported by the safety of the host and the unity of the circle.

Info: A meditative sound bath journey to lie down, relax, breathe, and receive. The host will utilize a variety of instruments to include but not limited to a steel drum, ocean drum and crystal sound bowls. The sound bowls are specifically designed for frequency healing of the throat chakra (for communication and self-expression) , third eye chakra (for intuition), and the crown chakra (for spiritual connection).

Info: As we close the circle, we carry forward our intention(s), drop what was released and mindfully return to the present moment. Stepping into the opportunity to evoke your evolution.

Info: The last 10 minutes of our gathering will always include time for you to engage in conversation and build community with other attendees. This is not mandatory, and you can scoot out the door if you have to get going, but I highly encourage that you stay and mingle, exchange Instagram handles , business cards, or deepen your conversation about the topic.
