Unwind in the Park: Gentle Movement, Harp Music & Nature Connection

Come and feel nature, move your body and relax to harp music.

During this class we connect to trees and the wood element in multiple ways:

• gentle meridian movement and acupressure to boost your energy flow, creativity and fertility
• connection to nature and trees via our senses
• visualization and short meditation to find relaxation
• healing harp music to calm your nervous system.

All movements can be done standing, with comfortable clothes and are suited to all ages and fitness levels. It's nice if you bring something small to sit on for the last part of the class where I will play the harp.

We meet at Beatrixpark and then find some nice trees to be with. If it's raining I can't bring my harp, but we can still connect to nature and do gentle movements to nourish our body.
