After the success of our gatherings last year we’re thrilled to welcome you back for another Unwind & Rebalance wellness event — a sanctuary of calm in a chaotic world. We listened to your feedback and have reduced the number of tickets and are including some more work up on your feet to balance out the amount of time on the floor sessions. All of this has been done with your comfort in mind.
Join us for an afternoon devoted entirely to reconnection, rest, and realignment. Whether you're seeking inner peace, physical renewal, or emotional grounding, this curated day of holistic practices will help you unwind from the noise and rediscover your center.
You’ll be guided by a team of experienced and compassionate practitioners through a revitalizing lineup of:
🧘♀️ Yoga with Sue Mann – a practice grounded in 30 years of experience, combining strength, flexibility, breathwork, and deep relaxation.
🌬️ Breathwork & Guided Meditation with Clare Jackson – drawing from a decade of holistic therapy and trauma-informed care, Clare will lead a calming session to support your nervous system and bring inner serenity.
🎶 Sound Healing with Vicky Robinson – immerse yourself in the therapeutic tones of Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls in a magical sound-bath designed to wash away stress and invite harmony.
💃 Somatic Movement with Anne Kingston – explore embodied movement through gentle floorwork and natural, intuitive motion, unlocking deeper body awareness and flow.
Each session is designed to release tension, nourish your spirit, and reconnect you with the wisdom of your body. All levels are welcome — whether you're brand new or deeply experienced in wellness practices.
