UNTETHERED ~ BODY LOVE As Summer and the new year approaches, we want to empower you with a perspective of your body that's grounded in love and appreciation for everything it's capable of experiencing so that you can drink in the juice of life and make decisions for yourself from devotion and gratitude rather than feeling like you need to contort and control yourself to feel safe and worthy.
We will guide you through feminine embodiment practices designed to help you drop out of your mind and into the lush landscape of your body.
This workshop will:
