Untamed: The Feminine Rising (Women's Day Retreat)

As we get ready for the winter months this retreat is an invitation to slow down but not to shrink.
We get to remember the natural, cyclical pace of the feminine.

As women we are so used to having to play small, to meeting the needs of others, to pleasing and contorting ourselves to be 'the good girl'.

So often we are taught that we're 'too much' or that our authentic expression isn't welcome.

This day retreat is an invitation to reject those notions and instead step into a space where you get to embrace all of you.
Where you allow yourself to be untamed.

Welcoming each and every part of what makes you a woman.

The loud, the vulnerable, the messy, the angry, the quiet, the sensitive, the sensual.

All of you is not just welcome here, it's celebrated.

This is not about becoming more feminine - it's about remembering how multi-faceted, ever- changing & deeply alive you are.

This day is an invitation to slow down and get back in touch with who you are, while being held by a sisterhood of women.

• Embodiment & Movement: Reconnect with your body in a way that allows you to move freely and really feel alive in your body. We spend so much of the time in our heads - its time to drop back down.
• Sensuality Reconection: There is soo much shame that we carry around sensuality/sexuality - these practices are an invitation to come back to yourself and that life force that lives within you in the simplest/ non scary ways.
• Receiving & Surrender: This whole day is about slowing down & opening our hearts. Allowing yourself to be held, nourished, supported and actually receive, instead of giving, for once.
• Emotional Flow & Ritual: Practices that invite you to feel, to release anything that's holding you back, anything that needs to be let go of or expressed or just said.
• Sisterhood Circle: You will have an intimate circle of magical women witnessing & supporting you in your full authentic, radiant being.
• Feminine Power/ Wild Woman Activation: Stepping into more liberation and expression through voice, movement, allowing the weird, wonderful 'bad' parts to be seen, heard, felt.
• Rest & Replenish: You will have time to be still, to meditate, to reflect, process, integrate and nourish yourself. This is a healing container - not one of force or pressure.

This day is about reconnection to yourself and the other women around you. Showing up exactly as you are, in whatever you are feeling.

Seeing eachother, holding eachother and remembering how beautiful it is to be a woman.
