Start the year strong and move into 2026 empowered, disciplined, and motivated. A group Zoom session will be held the week before kick-off. Everything will be explained, and all questions answered.

• No Alcohol 4 weeks clean. 4 weeks of clarity.
• Sunday Planning Ritual Every Sunday is for weekly & daily planning, using your Unstoppable Weekly Planners (I'll provide you a copy).
• Weekly Challenges Every Wednesday a new challenge designed to push you beyond your comfort zone.
• WhatsApp Group Private group for accountability, support, engagement, and check-ins.
• Bring to Weekly Meets Journal, diary, towel, water, joggers. Sessions will be a mix of indoor and outdoor.
