N and NW Portlanders are the frontline communities to one of the worst potential oil spills in history.

On Sept 29th, these nieghborhoods will have the opportunity to meet with government experts, community organizations and neighborhood associations who are working to build a strong foundation in the face of the potential danger.

The Critical Energy Infrastructure Hub is a collection of over 600 tanks, storing over 90% of Oregon's fuel on unstable land in North Portland along the Willamette River.
