UNSHAKABLE: A 4-Part Embodiment Experience on Water 🌊✨This isn’t just paddleboarding or yoga—it’s a transformational journey designed to help you reconnect to yourself through movement, embodiment, reflection, nervous system work, and intentional community.
Over 4 Saturdays this summer, we’ll move through themes of:
🌑 releasing old identities
🌓 building self-trust + confidence
🌕 letting go of what no longer aligns
🌗 embodying the most UNSHAKABLE version of yourself
Each experience includes paddleboarding, guided embodiment practices, coaching, reflection, and the creation of your own UNSHAKABLE Toolkit to take with you beyond the water.
Held at the beautiful and deeply grounding Blanca Vista Park in Alamosa, Colorado—a place that feels truly magical, expansive, and connected to the energy of the San Luis Valley 🌙🏔️
