Unseen Historical Buildings Of Tradeston
About this Event
As part of Glasgow Doors Open Days Festival, join us for a walk examining the often unseen buildings of Tradeston built from the 1860s to 1930s and discussing their original uses. The walk is approximately 3.5km, starting at the Shields Road Subway station and ending at the Bridge Street Subway station.
Attendee Info (ticket holders only):
Open to all aged 16+
The walk should take approximately 1-1.5 hours to complete
Start outside Shields Road subway Station. The walk takes place on city streets/pavements which are not completely even or free from rubbish; though, the route is generally flat. There may also be some puddles, and the route goes under a bridge in which pigeons roost.
As a group walk on sometimes narrow pavements, it might not be the best fun for dogs! But, if you are bringing a dog, please keep them on a short lead.
