Accessibility notes: There are stairs to the studio, I can provide ear plugs if you are noise sensitive, please touch base for any other accessibility needs you might have

What to expect:
Opening circle to ground and set intention
]1.5 hours lightly facilitated movement with opening and closing circles
Music vibe: empowering celebration and introspective electronica
What to bring and how to prepare:
Water, comfortable clothing, towel/mat if you like
Arrive hydrated; consider a light meal earlier in the day
Arrive with an open, respectful mindset toward boundaries and consent
