A body-positive, consent-driven space for rebellious, authentic movement that honors embodiment, and embodied freedom.

Saturday July 4 and July 18 2:30–4:30PM ( doors open 2:15)
Location: Free Spirit Dance Calgary, Calgary
Accessibility notes: There are stairs to the studio, I can provide ear plugs if you are noise sensitive, please touch base for any other accesibility needs you might have

What to bring and how to prepare:
Water, comfortable clothing, towel/mat if you like
Arrive hydrated; consider a light meal earlier in the day
Arrive with an open, respectful mindset toward boundaries and consent
