"UNPLUG ME" is a monthly program series hosted by Unique Journey Life Coach that invites you to step away from your screens and step fully into yourself.

In a world constantly buzzing with notifications, deadlines, and digital demands, the most radical act of self-love may be the simplest: unplugging.

This series is a soulful reset, a chance to reconnect with your inner wisdom, creativity, purpose and community in an intentional, screen-free space.

Each month offers a powerful two-hour immersion built around a theme that inspires presence, healing, and personal growth. Expect deep conversations, learning, reflection and creative expression, all designed to restore your energy and elevate your journey.
