Skip the stress of rush hour and gift yourself a midweek reset in the heart of Downtown Jacksonville. This unique 60-minute experience combines the restorative benefits of sound therapy with the healing atmosphere of halotherapy (salt therapy) inside the tranquil salt cave at Earth Salt Stone.
Reclined in zero gravity chairs, you’ll be surrounded by the warm glow of Himalayan salt walls while immersed in the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments. Sound baths are known to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, improve focus, and support better sleep, while salt therapy naturally supports respiratory health, reduces inflammation, and promotes overall relaxation.
Guided by Adriana Dobbs of Serenity Sounds, this evening meditation offers the perfect opportunity for busy professionals and wellness seekers alike to unplug from the day and return to balance. With only 10 seats available, each session is intentionally intimate, ensuring a restorative and personalized experience.

While sound baths are generally safe for most people, individuals with certain medical conditions—such as severe mental health disorders, epilepsy, or a history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT)—should consult with their healthcare provider before participating. Pregnant women are also encouraged to seek medical advice prior to attending a session.
Sound baths may produce monaural beats; if you are prone to seizures, you should check with your physician. If you wear a cochlear implant, please let your sound facilitator know. If you have sensory sensitivities, please contact Adriana to discuss options. Results may vary from person to person.
Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to settle into your spot. Due to the nature of this experience, no late entries will be permitted—no entry past 6:00 pm.
