Join Certified Sound Facilitator Adriana Dobbs with Serenity Sounds for a Sunday Self-care evening infused with Sound, Vibration, and doTERRA Lavender Aromatherapy. Inviting a state of relaxation focused on supporting your immune and nervous systems. Our intention is to nourish our mind and invite harmony and balance to the body. Sound therapy offers a way to invite a time of harmony and balance for the body, allowing your body to focus its energy on restoration. Lavender essential oil benefits include reducing stress, brain function support & promoting a peaceful state.

This Sound Bath will feature Crystal Singing Bowls and various other instruments, including Himalayan Singing Bowls, chimes, and other instruments.

This Sound Bath will be a lying-down experience. Yoga mats(to lay on, No movement practice), blankets, and a small bolster will be provided. You may bring any extra pillows or blankets for your comfort. Being well-hydrated optimizes the benefits of a sound bath, as the sound waves and vibrations reach us on a cellular level. Please dress comfortably.

While sound baths are generally safe for most people, individuals with certain medical conditions—such as severe mental health disorders, epilepsy, or a history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT)—should consult with their healthcare provider before participating. Pregnant women are also encouraged to seek medical advice prior to attending a session.

Sound baths may produce monaural beats; if you are prone to seizures, you should check with your physician. If you wear a cochlear implant, please let your sound facilitator know. If you have sensory sensitivities, please contact Adriana to discuss options. Results may vary from person to person.

Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle into your spot. Due to the nature of this experience, no late entries will be permitted—no entry past 5:30 pm. Please do not knock.
