Unplug and Recharge for School
Help your student discover simple, effective ways to de-stress and recharge at The Nature Center. Led by Eve Muir-Wilson, an educator with over 30 years of public school teaching experience, this interactive class teaches students grounding and centering techniques for starting the day, mindfulness practices to stay focused during school, and stress-clearing strategies to reset after school. Students will take home a personal “calm toolkit” they can use before tests, during busy days, or whenever life feels overwhelming.
