Unofficial party

We are organizing an unofficial college party with around 500–2,000 attendees. We need a QR-based entry ticket system where each attendee receives a unique QR code by email after payment and registration. At the event entrance, we will scan the QR code and verify it against the attendee details. Each QR code must be valid for one-time entry only: once scanned and approved, it should automatically become invalid/used so that the same QR code cannot be reused or forwarded to another person. We also need an easy mobile scanner/admin dashboard to check entry status and attendee details.
