Join us for a day filled with opportunities to learn and hear from a wonderful panel of speakers.

General Sessions:

Unmasking unhealthy family systems: Discussing how untreated mental illness can

strain family relationships, create shared trauma, and hinder healthy family functioning.

Participants will learn communication strategies and tools to foster emotional well-being for each family member.

Unmasking mental health and ministry: Creating space for awareness and healing by educating ministers of God on common mental health diagnoses—depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and addiction—and their impact on God’s people.

Breakout Sessions:

Unmasking trauma: Understanding the spiritual, emotional, and physical effects of trauma, and unlearning avoidant behaviors that hinder healing and wholeness.

Unmasking the heart of men: Mental health class that creates space for men to safely explore emotional wounds, trauma, and unspoken struggles, encouraging emotional expression, healing, and growth in alignment with God’s design for wholeness.

Unmasking insecurities: This class focuses on uncovering the roots of insecurities by exploring how past experiences, trauma, and internalized beliefs shape identity and emotional health. Participants will be encouraged to remove emotional masks, confront self-doubt, and develop boldness and confidence rooted in truth, healing, and purpose.
