There is no pressure to participate in anything, just be who you are!
If you have any questions or worries, please send us a message. We know how overwhelming a new social group can be.
One of our volunteers will happily meet you by the entrance before our event starts so you don't have to come in alone.
Please note: This is a social event only. No formal support will be available on the day. Please bring your own carer if needed.
