UNMASKED: A Mind, Body & Breath Experience
Who are you when the mask comes off?
Most of us spend our lives carrying expectations, pressure, fear, and identities we’ve outgrown. We become so focused on who we think we should be that we lose connection with who we truly are.
UNMASKED is a mind, body, and breath experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and strengthen self-trust.
Through movement, breathwork, reflection, community, and challenge, you’ll learn how to stay present when life becomes uncomfortable and reconnect with who you are beneath the mask.
This experience is designed to help you slow down, quiet the outside noise, and create space to reconnect with yourself in a supportive and empowering environment.
What You’ll Experience
🌿 Mindful Movement
We’ll begin with simple, intentional movement practices designed to help you become present, grounded, and connected to your body.
🌬 Breathwork
Learn practical breathing techniques that can help regulate your nervous system, calm mental chatter, and increase your ability to remain present under pressure.
🎭 Mask Activity & Reflection
Through a guided creative exercise, you’ll explore the masks you wear in daily life, the roles you play, and what may be preventing you from showing up fully as yourself.
🤝 Community Connection
Growth doesn’t happen in isolation. You’ll have opportunities for meaningful conversation, reflection, and connection with others who are committed to personal growth.
🧊 Ice Bath Challenge
The experience concludes with a guided ice bath challenge. Using the breathing and mindfulness techniques you’ve learned throughout the event, you’ll practice staying calm, focused, and present in discomfort.
The goal isn’t to conquer the cold.
The goal is to discover what happens when you stop running from discomfort and learn to meet it with awareness.
