As a Relationship Speciailist, Counsellor and Coach, I work online with people everywhere, using my experience and skills to help people define themselves in relationships, whether single and looking for love – or wanting to break through broken relationship patterns.

My focus is on helping clients find their voice, establish healthy boundaries, and heal their pain and triggers.

Using experiential, transpersonal therapy, Bowen Family Systems, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Imago Therapy, I show my clients how to tap into their feelings and needs to express their truth with love.
