Panelist Bios:
Cristina Silingardi is an experienced C-Suite executive with past roles in Operations, Finance, Sales and Marketing and overall leadership responsibilities. She helps companies scale their business and achieve profitability growth by aligning multidisciplinary teams, driving process improvements, executing mergers and acquisitions and international expansions.
Jenny Robertson is lead for sustainability and impact at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, where she helms the company’s environmental strategy and tracks the ways it delivers on its purpose of delivering better health care for all. Previously she was at AT&T, where she focused on research and data to guide the company’s ESG [environment, social and governance] strategy. She also led sustainability reporting and oversaw the creation of AT&T’s first long-term corporate social responsibility goals.
Peter Rushford is the founder & CEO of Shār Snacks. Today shār is sold in all 50 states at retail stores including Whole Foods, Central Market, Erewhon Market, and destinations like Four Seasons, Miramar Rosewood, and The Keswick. Prior to founding Shār, Peter spent 5 years as a professional skier, coach, and ski instructor before going on a 37 year journey working for some of the iconic outdoor brands in the world such as Keen, UGG, Merrell, and Vibram Five Fingers.
Adam Sharma is a veteran of the consumer electronics and tech industries. After 7 years of driving sales and innovation by crafting partnerships with corporations including Staples, TJ Maxx, and Rolling Stone, he shifted his focus to the waste side of technology. As the Vice President of Strategic Innovation and Partnerships at Human-I-T, Adam develops internal and external initiatives to simultaneously increase the social impact and reduce the environmental impact of electronic devices with organizations of all sizes, from small start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations such as Mattel, JetBlue, the LA Kings, and Nickelodeon.
Mathias Ihlenfeld is the visionary founder of woom bikes USA, headquartered in Austin, Texas. Since its establishment in 2014, Mathias has propelled woom bikes to remarkable success.
