Unlocking Prosperity: A Family & Systemic Constellation Workshop
About this Event
Times are changing, and many of us can feel it.
The systems we've relied on for security and stability are shifting. The ways we "earn a living" no longer feel certain. Building and maintaining a business can feel unsustainable. Creative dreams get stifled or put on hold as we search for solid ground.
Yet periods of great change invite us to embody our creative genius: to discover new ways of living, manifesting our gifts, and supporting ourselves. What stands between us and this journey isn't always a lack of skill or vision. Sometimes it's the hidden beliefs and loyalties we carry from our families, ancestors, and the wider systems that shaped us.
As the world shifts, how might we reorient to our capacity for prosperity?
This workshop invites us to take a deeply embodied and systemic approach to explore, reveal, and shift the hidden patterns and burdens that may be shaping our relationship with wealth, creativity, and abundance.

What is Family Constellations?
Family & Systemic Constellations is a powerful group process that helps reveal and release the hidden patterns we inherit from our families, lineages, and larger collective systems we are born into. Developed by Bert Hellinger, a German psychologist who pioneered and assembled this work, it begins when one person brings an intention or issue, and others are invited to represent family members, ancestors, or parts of the system. As participants step into these roles, hidden dynamics often come to light. With gentle facilitation, the constellation can move toward resolution or reveal powerful insights that open new pathways for understanding, connection, and belonging.
People attend Family Constellation workshops to:
- Identify and break unconscious patterns
- Improve our relationships
- Reorient to our family of origin
- Find our way in the world
- Heal ancestral wounds
- Resolve family issues
- Understand family dynamics
- Grow personally
- Support career or life transitions
- Find closure or resolution
- Pursue emotional and spiritual healing

What to Expect
In this workshop, you’ll have the chance to:
- Learn about the origins and practices of Family & Systemic constellation work
- Experience different ways in which Family Constellations can be applied to our personal and collective healing
- Explore your own personal relationship to wealth, creativity, and abundance through small group exercises
- Represent in and witness constellations as they unfold — both can bring powerful personal insights
- Participate in 1-2 full group constellations
- Notice how new perspectives are revealed, even when you’re not the one “in the constellation”
- Move through a depth of emotion in a container that prioritizes a slow, embodied, resourced approach
- Practice co-creating a supportive container that encourages energetic sovereignty and emotional presence
- Take time to ask questions, reflect, and share within the group
You don’t need to know your full family history, and there’s no preparation required. Simply bring your curiosity and an open heart.
Even if you’re not chosen for a personal constellation in the large group, being a representative or witness is often just as transformative — people often leave with unexpected clarity for their own lives.

About the Faciliators
Amanda Cassiday is a regenerative entrepreneur, community weaver, and systems facilitator working at the intersection of personal healing and collective transformation. She is shaped by a path that spans living and working in a rural village in Burkina Faso, leading design and innovation within one of the world's largest healthcare companies, and nearly two decades of spiritual inquiry across cosmologies. Today, she transmutes these experiences into new-yet-ancient pathways for collective repair and renewal, so that we can reclaim right-relationship with ourselves and the world around us. As co-founder of Engather, she is pioneering a blueprint for community-led gift economies grounded in trust, accountability, and reciprocity, and she co-designed and co-launched Kingston Common Futures, a community-driven fund that moved $150,000 through a deeply democratic process in its pilot year. As a facilitator of family and systemic constellations, Amanda creates emergent spaces that illuminate the hidden patterns shaping individuals, institutions, and communities — and the movements toward healing and evolution.

“Amanda is a gifted constellations facilitator. In circle she nurtures a deep reverence for the intimacy and sanctity of our stories. In so doing, much ground is gained. Inspiration and insight flow, connections are drawn and opportunities for new choices emerge. I am grateful to have joined her 4 week series. Transformative.” — Kealey
“Attending a Family Constellation workshop was a truly eye-opening experience for me. It shifted my perspective from feeling like things happened to me to understanding that they simply happened—without personal attachment or blame. This workshop provides a unique opportunity to observe family and relational systems from a more objective, bird’s-eye view rather than being confined to your own personal narrative. Through this process, I was able to break free from a cycle I never consciously chose, gaining clarity and empowerment along the way. I highly recommend this experience to anyone ready to challenge their ingrained beliefs about family, relationships, work, and community. It’s an incredible practice that works with energy in a way unlike anything else—truly transformative and powerful.” — Ruu
Gosh, I’ve never experienced a collective healing like that in my life and I’m now deeply interested in exploring FC more thanks to you! My heart palpitations have majorly calmed down since our session. Yesterday and today have felt more balanced 😌. I appreciate your trauma informed care especially as my body was feeling into how intense it was at the beginning of the constellation. So grateful for you!” — Amy
“I have been wanting to do family constellations in person for a long time. Live sessions are life-changing—especially when the facilitator is intuitive, caring, and so gifted. Whether I have my own constellation or participate in someone else’s, the transformation is always there.” — Cat
