About this Event
We are delighted to invite you to an exclusive, invitation-only Borderless Leadership Roundtable at the Francis Crick Institute, a global centre of innovation, collaboration, and boundary-breaking discovery. Like the Crick, the Borderless Practice challenges the status quo and explores new frontiers, this time, in how we lead people and organisations.
This first Roundtable, curated by The Borderless Practice (previously The Diversity Practice), brings together a select group of senior leaders and practitioners in Organisational Development, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Talent, HR, Coaching, and Leadership Development.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to lead with courage, agility, and humanity — creating real impact in a world defined by disruption and division.
Context
The ground beneath the world of work is shifting. Polarisation fractures societies and spills into workplaces. AI reshapes decisions in ways we barely see. Corporate values are openly questioned. Psychological safety, the invisible fabric of trust, has become so fragile that it seems to be breaking apart. Instead of open conversations about fairness, there's silence. Diversity no longer feels meaningful, and inclusion seems like a distant memory.
People leaders are at the heart of how talent develops, leads, and progresses. But are many still using tools and strategies built for a time that no longer exists? Are yours ready for the world as it is today? Are today’s people leaders truly fit for purpose?
This is more than a meeting, it is a space to evolve practice and meet the moment with peers who are redefining leadership across boundaries of culture, ideology, identity and technology.
Places are limited to keep the conversation intimate.
Together, we will
- Share what’s real, grounded insights from lived experience, beyond theory or trend.
- Connect across difference with a trusted network of senior peers tackling the same complex realities, sparking new ideas through diverse perspectives.
- Explore what’s needed now to lead and coach in a fractured, fast-moving world.
- Learn together, testing new practical approaches that build trust, inclusion and impact.
Expect provocation, reflection, and real-world connection—not presentations. This is a catalyst for redefining people leadership and extending the Borderless Practice approach beyond coaching into talent and organisational transformation.
