About this Event
Requesting adjustments during the recruitment process can ensure you can showcase your full abilities and potential to recruiters. This is one of the most common reasons people share their disability and/or neurodivergent condition with employers—and it can be a game changer.
Join us for an insightful session designed to help you navigate the recruitment process with confidence. Learn how to advocate for yourself, secure the adjustments you need and find inclusive workplaces that value your unique strengths.
This session will look at:
- Sharing your disability and/or neurodivergence with recruiters
- When and how to do this
- Adjustments you can request
- How to know if an organisation is inclusive
It will also be an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Don’t miss this opportunity to gain practical advice and set yourself up for success!
