About this Event
This session provides university staff with an overview of the career pathways for disabled and neurodivergent students in the UK as they transition from higher education to employment. Using Graduate Outcomes data, we will explore how career outcomes for disabled and neurodivergent students differ from their peers, identify the unique challenges they face, and discuss strategies for overcoming these barriers.
The session will underscore the critical role universities play in providing inclusive careers support and will showcase best practices for fostering successful transitions through tailored and supportive approaches.
