Serdecznie zapraszamy Was na warsztaty nauki i doskonalenia techniki Mouthfill.
Warsztaty "Unlock your EQ" skierowane są do nurków średnio-zaawansowanych i zaawansowanych, którzy opanowali już metodę wyrównywania ciśnienia Frenzel i swobodnie nurkują na głębokość przynajmniej 20m.
Zapraszamy tych, którzy chcą poznać, bądź rozwinąć się w zakresie zagadnienia “Air shift i wyrównanie ciśnienia Mouthfill”.
Podczas warsztatów porozmawiamy na temat techniki, przeanalizujemy możliwości jakie nam daje, spojrzymy na jej zalety.
Ćwiczenia i trening, który wdrożymy pozwoli Wam w przyszłości na doskonalenie i pracę nad Mouthfill'em na sucho, we własnym zakresie.
Umiejętności zdobyte podczas zajęć suchych przeniesiemy do wody.
Przez ostatnie dwa dni, podczas treningu basenowego będziemy wdrażać i doskonalić to, czego nauczyliśmy się na treningu “na powierzchni”.
Warsztaty odbędą się na przestrzeni 4 dni w terminie 7-10 Grudnia 2024.

07/12 (sobota) sesja sucha: teoria + praktyka
start 12:00 (~4h)
08/12 (niedziela) sesja sucha: teoria + praktyka
start 12:00 (~4h)
09/12 (poniedziałek) sesja sucha + sesja oddechowa + sesja głębokościowa w basenie Deepspot
start 18:30 (3,5h)
10/12 (wtorek) sesja głębokościowa w basenie Deepspot
start: 20:00 (2h)
Warsztaty poprowadzą:
👧🏻 Maria Bobela Klovar
- Mistrzyni Świata w dyscyplinie CNF 2024, zdobywczyni 4 miejsca w dyscyplinie Bifins (82m) na mistrzostwach świata 2024, 4 miejsce w dyscyplinie FIM (86m) na mistrzostwach świata 2023. Obecnie jest rekordzistką Polski w 3 z 4 dyscyplin głębokościowych 🏆.
👨🏻 Petar Klovar
- jest wielokrotnym Mistrzem Świata i obecnym Mistrzem Świata w dyscyplinie FIM (135m). Petar zdobył również 1 miejsce w dyscyplinie CNF (95m) podczas mistrzostw świata 2023 🏆.

We would love to invite you to our Mouthfill technique workshop.
"Unlock your EQ" workshop is designed for intermediate and advanced divers who have already mastered Frenzel equalization technique and are diving comfortably to at least 20m.
We invite those who want to get to know or improve their Mouthfill eq technique.
When sharing the topic of MF, we will analyze the possibilities it gives us, we will also take a closer look at its advantages.
You will get the access to knowledge of exercises and training that will allow you to practice Mouthfill on your own in the future.
Skills learned during dry training will be transferred to water.
Over the last two days, during deep pool training, we will have a chance to implement and perfect what we have learned during training "on the surface".
Workshop is planned for 4 days between December 7-10, 2024.

07/12 (Saturday) session: theory + practice
start 12:00 (~4h)
08/12 (Sunday) session: theory + practice
start 12:00 (~4h)
09/12 (Monday) such a session + breathing session + depth session in the case of Deepspot
start 18:30 (3.5 hours)
10/12 (Tuesday) depth session in Deepspot
start: 20:00 (2h)
Workshops led by:
👧🏻 Maria Bobela Klovar
- World Champion in CNF discipline. She got 4th place in the CWTB disicipline (82m) at the 2024 world championship, 4th place in FIM discipline (86m) at the 2023 world championships. Currently, she is the Polish record holder in 3 out of 4 depth disciplines. 🏆
👨🏻 Petar Klovar
- is a multiple World Champion and current World Champion in the FIM discipline (135m). Petar also won 1st place in the CNF discipline (95m) at the 2023 world competition. 🏆
