Ever feel a little off but can’t quite put your finger on why? Maybe your energy feels stuck, your emotions are running the show, or you just need a serious reset. Enter: this immersive 90-minute chakra workshop—a guided deep dive into your body’s seven energy centers to help you find balance, clarity, and flow.
Through a blend of yoga, breathwork, and guided visualization, we’ll move intentionally through each chakra, shining a light on areas that feel blocked or depleted. You’ll learn how to clear stagnant energy, restore alignment, and connect more deeply to both your physical and energetic body.
And because we love a good multi-sensory experience, we’ll take things a step further with mantra chanting—using sound vibrations to activate and amplify energy flow. We’ll close with a guided chakra meditation to seal in the work, plus you’ll take home an intention card to remind you of the shifts you created.
No prior experience needed—just an open mind and a willingness to explore.
