Travel through a co-creative musical journey , opening the beautiful channel of the voice through mantra practices lead by Deb Jennings and Olive Oconnell.
We will warm up with a cup of ceremonial cacao, a precious medicine from the Andes of Peru, infused with love & intention.
Purify the body with Breath and Movement lead by Olive during a live music sound Journey by Deb Jennings.
Expand your mind with a blend of co-created sound and introspective musical workshop, with Deb and Olive. Learn about frequency and its effect on our body and mind. Deb integrates wisdom from great master musicians and healers from all over the world, and has been sharing the medicine of sound for over 30 years. Olive is an intuitive multi instrumentalist, who integrates the power of sound healing with energetic practices. She believes singing is sound healing, silence is sound healing, and music is the portal to connection and creation. We all have an opportunity to heal on our own and together, through sound.
Together we have woven a balanced afternoon to support healing practitioners from all walks of life. If you're curious how you can integrate sound healing into your self healing, group healing, or 1:1 clients, this may be for you!
Connect with your spirit through silence, grounding nourishment, and reflection through journaling, and self Study.
A three course meal will be provided to ground and nourish us before we return home to rest and recharge for the week ahead.
