Join me for an amazing experience where you’ll gift yourself time to slow down, release stress and explore the connection between breath, body and mind.

This guided session has been created just for YOU. We will start with a mini facial and whilst your carefully selected skincare products do their work to reinvigorate and renew your skin we will lie down and I will guide you through a combination of conscious breathing techniques, a gentle meditation practice, and carefully curated music to heal from within. I will facilitate the gentle movement of energy to release any blockages. You'll be invited to relax deeply, cultivate inner awareness, and restore balance.
