Come out Saturday mornings starting December 28th to start moving in preparation for UNLEASHED training! We plan to take the crew in 2025 to the Coastal Delaware Running Festival.
You DO NOT need to be a runner, super fit or even have been exercising in recent months. We WILL take confirmed couch potatoes from the couch to the start line in just a few short months.
