We think it’s too often applicable to our minds and bodies and we’ve designed a mini retreat centered on Grief, Loss & Difficulty.

Some of us are struggling. With loss, grief and exhaustion. No one - not one other person - will ever walk in our shoes.

So come walk in your own shoes and if you want to cry, kick, yell and let out some hurt - pour out some of the negative among the trees and hills that welcome you without judgment.

Empty the shitter a little and go back to your own reality and fill that cleaned out space with something nourishing - a hobby, a favorite healthy food, a thank you card to someone who has helped you at some point along the way - a wee bit of yoga or something new and fantastic that makes you a stronger person.
