Program Overview: This leadership development course, facilitated by Chad Patterson Coaching, offers adult learners an in-depth exploration of John Maxwell's "21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership." Through a combination of interactive workshops, group discussions, and practical applications, participants will enhance their leadership skills and learn to apply these timeless principles to their personal and professional lives. A John Maxwell Team Certificate of Completion will be given to successful participants. (complete 90% assignments, 90% attendance)

Program Structure: Duration: 7 in person class sessions (1 class every 3 weeks, 2 hours per session, combination of evening and weekend classes.)

*Format: In person, with assignments and projects due throughout the program.
