Mayor-President Monique B. Boulet announces a partnership with Lafayette Consolidated Government (LCG), CSRS, and Basin Arts for the University Corridor Public Art Initiative. This much-anticipated initiative will include significant public outreach to develop public art installations at key locations along the corridor, establishing a distinctive identity for the area while fostering community engagement throughout the multi-year project.
Join us Wednesday, November 6, 2024 to discuss the overall branding and potential aesthetics of the University Corridor. Event will take place from 5:00pm to 7:00pm in the Atrium at City Hall (705 W. University Avenue, Lafayette).
This is an opportunity for community members to share their ideas, learn more about the initiative, and collaborate on creating a lasting identity for the University Corridor.
