If you are wanting to work on certain asana poses, DM Tommasina prior to class so she can work those into the flow. Tommasina uses Universal Yoga techniques to get the body & mind prepared for deeper asana. Have you reached a plateau in your practice? Maybe it is a slight physical shift that might help.
