An event to bring us together and unite through a common purpose; to live a healthy, happy and harmonious life by means of learning alternatives to connect the mind, body and spirit.We welcome this year presenters Sifu Kisu, decendent from the esteemed Great Grand Master Ku Yu Cheong with over 40 years of dedicated experience to practice Traditional Chinese Kung Fu; Matthew Lucas with the YAMA Systems who teaches longevity, wellness, mobility and mindset training; Dr. Xu a Daoist Priest and life-long acupuncturist following a family lineage of Chinese Medicine; Danielle Brooks with Pure Grace Light who has spent over the past 20 years serving as a visionary teacher and healer; Wu Dang Chen who holds 2 sacred Wu Dang Lineages, trained in the Wu Dang Mountains from the age of 6 to 16.
The days will start early with training and movement, followed by organic and locally sourced farm to table food service, presentations, instruction and workshops throughout the day and special events in the evening. Saturday night will be a special sound bath.
