Experience a SOUND MEDITATION designed to gently relax and restore your mind, body, and spirit through the soothing, all-encompassing sound of gongs. Join Krista, Sound Practitioner and owner of By the Sound of It LLC, as she creates an immersive experience of rhythm, frequency, and whole-body vibroacoustics with gongs and other therapeutic sound instruments. You'll experience a soundscape that 'washes' over you, alleviating anxiety, calming racing thoughts, and helping to release physical or energetic tensions. Find clarity as you DISCOVER HARMONY WITHIN!
✨WHAT TO EXPECT✨
Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in and settle in. Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillows to help create a cozy, personal space. Chairs are also available for a seated experience. Consider bringing water for hydration. Krista will guide you through opening breathwork exercises, allowing the mind and body to "exhale" by fostering a safe, supportive environment. The sound journey continues with soothing gongs and other supportive instruments, designed to help balance and restore mind, body, and spirit, promoting a sense of security, peace, and well-being.
Krista's Sonic Gong Events take place on the first Tuesday of every month at 4 pm and end around 5:15 pm. Love offering only $20.
