Human society is like a garden of flowers; we must care for each flower, as our beauty lies in our diversity. Yet, within this diversity, we find a universal unity: we are all one. The timeless wisdom of Yoga enables us to develop our body, mind, and soul, and to live in harmony with our social surroundings. Music, the universal language of the heart and soul, will accompany our exercises and open us to experiences of unity, which is the essence of Yoga: unification through intuitive practices and a benevolent lifestyle. We will also learn how to maintain our elevated mindset amid the challenges of daily life. A genuine feeling of benevolence will always reveal the deeper meanings of reality.Dada Sarvajiitananda invites you to an evening of uplifting experiences, where sharing our mental treasures and focusing our benevolent mental energies will heal our disharmonies and pains.
For 45 years, Dada has visited and resided in various countries across America, Africa, and Europe, teaching meditation and the Yogic lifestyle, and initiating and supporting educational projects for underprivileged children in countries like El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Congo, and Kamerun. Dada is convinced that practicing universal humanism is the key to leading human society out of its current crisis.
