About this Event
Welcome all!! Join us as we welcome City Council Candidate, Peggy Parks, to the community to hear her take on the actions Elk Grove Needs.
The Art Part: The canvases are presketched so all you have to do is color inside the lines and be as CREATIVE as you'd like! We encourage free spirit behavior ;)
