Join us for a night of service, fun and community connection focused on literacy!In Utah, only 50% of third graders read on grade level, and literacy at this pivotal age becomes the foundation for success in every subject. Children need access to quality resources and materials to build vocabulary, comprehension, and the foundational skills that support lifelong learning.
At this event, students, families and community members can join us for an engaging evening focused on fostering a love for reading and writing, while learning practical literacy strategies they can use at home. Participants will also assemble literacy/STEM kits that will be distributed to children in Sevier County, directly expanding access to hands-on learning resources right here in our communities.

Literacy Games, Crafts, Service Activity, Bookmobile, and more
ALL AGES INVITED (Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult.)
Participating in this Literacy Night offers powerful benefits for individuals and families alike. Family and community engagement is a proven component of improving literacy outcomes, and this evening of service will directly support that. Age appropriate participants will take home their own literacy/stem kit, and all will leave with information for improving literacy and learning in the home.
By registering for this service experience, you will gain entry into our PRIZE RAFFLE. As an additional entry into the raffle, please consider bringing new or gently used books to donate! Every book is one extra entry! (Must be present to win.)
