About this Event
Doors open at 8:30 am, event starting at 9:00 am!
Help shape the future of Greater Chattanooga for employees, families, and children like yours. Engage in bold conversations, discover innovative solutions, and connect with changemakers who are making a difference.
At United for Working Families, our work centers around three focus areas: Connect, Educate, and Mobilize—and the summit will reflect that same framework, featuring speakers who truly embody each focus area.
- Connect brings people together for honest conversations about what it really takes to support working families. Claude Silver, Chief Heart Officer, will lead this conversation on compassionate and empathetic leadership. Christine Motherwell, VP of People for Coca Cola Consolidated Bottling Company will explore real challenges facing working families.
- Educate ensures we stay grounded in data, aligning our efforts where the needs are greatest and the solutions are most effective. Kevin Russell, Senior Fellow and Researcher at McKinsey Global Institute, will present new findings on employer-driven economic mobility.
- Mobilize lifts up the transformative work already happening in communities. Ford Motor Philanthropy & Hassan Hammond, Senior Manager of Essential Services and Matt Marshall, President/CEO for United Way of West Tennessee will share their Blue Oval project and how it’s revitalizing West Tennessee.
We hope to see you there!
