Join us for a playful and explorative Partner Yoga workshop.

Saturday 22nd March, 3-5pm at Unite in Fitness Studio, Bush Hill Park, EN1 2PX

Bring your partner, a friend or family member and be guided through a series of asanas (yoga postures) and stretches designed for two!

The practice will work on physical aspects such as strength, flexibility and balance, whilst also inspiring connection, trust, support, communication and surrender. Strengthen and amplify your practice by creating a greater sense of awareness in your own body whilst also paying close attention to the presence and movements of your partner.

You will enjoy the benefits of yoga, with the added bonus of connecting with another soul and feeding your inner child- expect to have a giggle! This will be a playful, relaxing and unique activity, an opportunity to bond and make memories.

Also includes guided breathwork and a relaxing Sound Bath to close the practice.

No prior yoga experience required, just an open heart and mind.
