• Deck Construction: Basic Battle
• Tournament Structure: Swiss Draw, Best of 1
• Time Limit: 30 Minutes
• Restrictions: Refer to the Official Banned Card List

🕒【TIMEOUT RULE】🕒
If the timeout signal is called, the current player may finish their turn. All action must stop afterward and await resolution.
【RESOLUTION】
• The player with more Life cards wins.
• If tied, the player with more cards in their deck wins.
• If still tied, the winner is decided by 1 round of Rock-Paper-Scissors.
※ This rule does not apply to the Final Swiss Round if both players are on a full win table.
