Union: A Breathwork and Connection Event
About this Event
Every relationship you have runs on the one you have with yourself.
If you’re single, it decides who you attract and who you keep choosing. If you’re in a relationship, it decides whether you’re two people building something together or two people sharing a house.
Union is where that work starts.
It’s one afternoon to start building the foundations for real partnership, whether you’ve got a partner or not. You’ll learn how masculine and feminine energy actually work, use breath to meet yourself more honestly, and leave knowing how to relate with more presence, more ease and less armour.
What we’ll cover
- Polarity. Masculine and feminine principles: what they are, how they play out in you and why attraction and connection live or die by them.
- Breathwork focused on union. A guided journey into the inner marriage, where your own masculine and feminine come together.
- Conscious relating. The principles that turn a reaction into a conversation and a pattern into a choice.
- Forgiving the opposite sex. Putting down what you’ve carried from past relationships so it stops deciding your next one.
- A deeper relationship with yourself. The partnership everything else is built on.
- Connection exercises. Guided, respectful practices that bring the work into the room.

Couples who want more depth, more polarity and a way of relating that feels like choosing each other again.

Lezly Kaye is a coach, breathwork facilitator and founder of Limitless. She works with high-achieving women and couples on the identity, leadership and relationship work underneath the success.
Laki Mafi is the founder of Disruption of Man and the voice behind Project Man Podcast. He leads men through the work of becoming grounded, present, and fully themselves.
Together they bring both sides of the conversation into the room, as partners in life and in this work.
What we love about the work we do, we make it accessible to the everyday man and woman. Tantric teachings can feel unreachable for those building a life outside of union. We understand what it takes to build businesses, run households, and still show up for each other in a conscious, connected way. One where the Fire never fades and love always wins.
