Being alone and feeling lonely are two quite different things. This is a project about both.
The team will be wrapping up the first phase of Research & Development of UNIG with some work-in-progress sharings. Would love to see you there!

Our research time has been spent gossiping (a term originally used to refer to close women friendships without the negative connotations) with womxn* from rural and urban areas in Wales. We have collected stories about female characters in Welsh folklore, and got to know some historical figures who were accused of witchcraft. We’ve been drawing from these sources, as well as the life of our very own, Meg, a single 30-year-old woman living in Pembrokeshire and her alter-ego Spike to begin the development of a comedy solo performance that combines dance theatre, aerial hoop and projection.
All performances free of charge but with the option to donate if you can.
