Come ready to move, connect, and be part of something bigger than yourself. Grab your flag, lace up your shoes, and show up for your community. All fitness levels are welcome — this is not a race, it's a movement.

What to expect: An American flag giveaway (limited supply), drinks available for purchase at Barstool Nashville, and an outdoor post-run social where you'll spend an hour or more connecting with like-minded Americans. Bring your own flag if you have one, wear comfortable athletic clothing, and come with a great attitude ready to meet amazing people.

We believe in patriotism, loving your neighbor, and standing united under the American flag. Every event is another step toward reminding people that we have far more in common than what divides us — and that when Americans come together, incredible things happen.
