For the man who is tired of:
- Performing

- Disappearing in relationships
- Swallowing anger
- Avoiding conflict
- Living cautiously instead of honestly
Together we will explore:
- Compliance and self-abandonment
- Boundaries without aggression
- Anger and withdrawal
- Father wounds
- Relational honesty
- Being seeing without collapsing
- Intimacy without performing

These gatherings will be led by:
Jeremy Allen, MA, LPC, a psychotherapist and veteran who specializes in empowering men, strenthening relationships and supporting veterans. Men often carry unspoken pain: the pressure to be “strong,” the fear of being unwanted, the sense of being cut off from their own needs and Jeremy works to help honor these struggles.
Evan Wilson, MA, LPCC, a therapist and graduate of the Nature-Based and Wilderness Therapy program at Naropa Univeristy. His work centers on the interconnectedness of humans and nature, while engaging the mind, body, and spirit. He is passionate about helping men to see challenges not as obstacles, but as opportunities for growth.
Art Ginley, MA, LPC, is a gestalt/contemplative based therapist which gives him a unique perspective on how to blend Western medicine with psychological practices, somatic body work, and provide invaluable insight for those searching to find greater depth and meaning in their lives.
